Qualifications

Dr. Rosenzweig is a former Board Director, International Society of Appraisers, Certified Appraiser of Personal Property and was granted the 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA CAPP): she is compliant with current USPAP requirements and is qualified to conduct appraisals for Federal Tax Functions.

Rosenzweig Associates, Inc., is a personal property firm specializing in Asian art appraisals. Clients include governmental agencies, museums and art galleries, mediation companies, insurance and banking industry offices, auction houses, and private individuals. The firm has also served as design consultant for special event planning, such as the annual Chinese New Year displays for the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas (see photograph) and the Ringling Brothers Circus.

Rosenzweig Associate, Inc. specializes in Northeast and Southeast Asian art and the art of Greater India (including Nepal and Tibet). When works of art fall outside the firm's areas of expertise, credited colleagues will be consulted. Appraisals requiring a team of qualified experts in diverse personal protery fields can be assembled by Rosenzweig Associates, Inc.

Daphne Lange Rosenzweig belongs to the International Society of Appraisers, an Appraisal Organization that has ethical rules preventing charging "contingency fees" (a fee for a prescribed outcome or a fee based on a percentage of value). Ethical appraisers including members of ISA (as well as AAA and ASA) charge an hourly rate for onsite time, research and report writing. Rosenzweig Associates, Inc. charges a two-hour minimum fee.
