Fees

Daphne Lange Rosenzweig belongs to an appraisal organization that has ethical rules which prevent charging "contingency fees,"- a higher appraisal fee for a prescribed outcome, or a fee based on a percentage of value. Ethical appraisers including members of ISA (as well as AAA and ASA) charge an hourly rate for onsite time, research and report writing. Rosenzweig Associates, Inc. charges a two hour minimum fee. A fee schedule is available upon request.
